PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE Q&A

Submissions will be received by the Camden County Senate Bill 40 Board at P.O. Box 722, Camdenton, MO 65020 (if mailed), or 100 Third Street, Camdenton, MO 65020 (if hand-delivered), until 4:00 PM (CT) on July 5th, 2024.  Proposals will be publicly opened at the Camden County Senate Bill 40 Board meeting at approximately 6:00 PM (CT) on July 9th, 2024 (location to be determined) and taken under advisement.  Bidders should be aware that submissions are public record under state law.

Submissions for NOFA 2024-1 will be received by the Camden County SB 40 Board at P.O. Box 722, Camdenton, MO 65020 via United States Postal Service ONLY. Applications will be taken into consideration for the period of January 1st to December 31st, 2024.

Applicants to RFPs and NOFAs should be aware that submissions are public record under state law.

The Camden County SB 40 Board, dba Camden County Developmental Disability Resources (CCDDR), has determined through first-hand knowledge, research and experience that OATS, Inc. operates the only current public transit system in Camden County and surrounding counties which provides Federally and state subsidized funding for transportation services accessible by the general public, offering the least expensive and most accommodable service benefit for CCDDR clients. CCDDR recognizes OATS, Inc. as a single feasible source purchase for public transit and other related transportation services and intends on signing and executing Memorandums of Understanding (MOU’s), service contracts or other similar instruments with OATS, Inc. 10 days from the date of this notice.
